NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Judgment for Damages entered on September 2, 2014, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell the following property in Pinellas County, described as:
UNIT PH-A, THE CRESCENT BEACH CLUB TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 61 THROUGH 67, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7107, PAGES 1872 THROUGH 1973, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

at an online public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m., on October 16, 2014.
