The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-BC1, Plaintiff and JENNIFER MARIE LUTZ AKA JENNIFER M LUTZ; ET AL, defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this October 13th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
