NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-008306-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citimortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Kathryn Zagorski; Kenneth Zagorski; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT TEN (10), BLOCK “1”, SEMINOLE LAKE VILLAGE 1ST ADDITION, LESS THE FOLLOWING; FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 10, RUN 10.72 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, CHORD BEARING OF SOUTH 79°55'29” EAST A CHORD DISTANCE OF 10.72 FEET; THENCE NORTH 10°32'12” EAST 100.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 10; THENCE 12.11 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT; CHORD BEARING NORTH 79°87'02” WEST A CHORD DISTANCE OF 12.11 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 10; THENCE SOUTH 9°44'27” WEST 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 19, 20, 21 AND 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
