NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 30th day of October, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 8-A, THE LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM I, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM I, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4455, PAGES 2000-2048, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 25-28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
