NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 2, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-011345-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and MARY D. MANTIONE, GIUSEPPE MANTIONE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 6, Town of Bay View, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 23, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
