DORIO A/K/A FERNANDO DORIO; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ALBERT A. DORIO A/K/A ALBERT DORIO, DECEASED; FERNANDO ALBERT DORIO A/K/A FERNANDO A. DORIO A/K/A FERNANDO DORIO, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ALBERT A. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 208, OF DOUGLAS ARMS EDINBURGH HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD 3003, PAGE 254, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 64 AND 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
