NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on October 27, 2014, that certain real property situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 68, PINE HAVEN II, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 65, Page 96 and 97, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
