NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 7, 2014, beginning at 9:30 a.m., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, to consider the petition of Shampaine Family Trust and Lance & Kathleen Ritchie to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:

A portion of Park Street and a portion of Cherokee Avenue in the Lohmeyer
Heights Subdivision, lying north of Main Street and lying southerly of and
westerly of Fernbrooke Subdivision, Plat Book 79, Page 72, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County located in Section 4, Township 29 South, Range 16 East.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
