YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 1050, Building W-8 of Clearview Oaks Unit Four, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2157, Page 552, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 10, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kristine M. Reighard, Esquire, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Staack & Simms, P. A, 900 Drew Street, Suite 1, Clearwater, Florida 33755, on or before October 24, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
