NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2ND day of September, 2014, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 13-009861-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 5, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, less the East 20 Feet, all of Lot 3 and the East 15 Feet of Lot 4, HARSHAW HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
