NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 2, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-008519-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and MARY E. CLARK A/K/A GINGER CLARK, SEAN I. MIGUELE A/K/A SEAN IAN MIGUELE, TIFFANY BRIGHTFUL, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FABIAN J. MIGUELE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY E. CLARK A/K/A GINGER CLARK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIFFANY BRIGHTFUL, FABIAN J. MIGUELE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICARDO MIGUELE A/K/A RICARDO A. MIGUELE A/K/A RICARDO ALBERTO MIGUELE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN I. MIGUELE A/K/A SEAN IAN MIGUELE N/K/A PAULA MIGUELE, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Ricardo Miguele a/k/a Ricardo A. Miguele a/k/a Ricardo Alberto Miguele, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8, WEST WEDGEWOOD PARK 5TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE(S) 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
