NOTICE, is hereby given pursuant to Section 932.701 et. seq., Florida Statutes, that the above-described property was seized for forfeiture by the Pinellas Park Police Department on August 11, 2014 at or near 9300 block of U.S. Highway 19 North, Pinellas Park, FL. The above named property is in the possession and control of the Pinellas Park Police Department. A forfeiture action is pending, and all potential claimants who have a legal interest in the Property may request an adversarial preliminary hearing. The hearing must be requested within 15 days of the date of first publication of this notice. Pursuant to Section 932.703(2)(a), this request must be in writing and sent by certified mail, return receipt requested. When requesting a hearing, please specify the exact property you are claiming.
