NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 4, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10001353CI, DIVISION: 21, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff, and JASON MUNN; ALISA MUNN; HARBOR OAKS I HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.: UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 16th day of October, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, HARBOR OAKS I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 121, PAGES 10 THROUGH 15, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
