UNIT NO. 421, THE MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6190, PAGE 2029, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 74 THROUGH 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 5593 67TH AVE, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
