NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-013760 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A., successor trustee to LaSalle Bank National Association, on behalf of the holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2005-HE12, Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2005-HE12, Plaintiff and Mark A. Green are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK 21, MARYMONT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF BLOCK 21, 80.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID LINE 85 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 5, 139.35 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOTS 3 AND 4; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID EASTERLY LINE 85 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 5, 139.34 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
