Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15 less the East 35 feet of North 72.46 feet and Lot 16 less North 72.46 feet, Block 3, FIRST SECTION LELLMAN HEIGHTS, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 15, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 31, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
