NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 18, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 52-2012-CA-009726 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-7, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and JOHN E MORALEVITZ; ISPC; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARK MORALEVITZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
