NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-820-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I, INC. (THE) is Plaintiff, and PIERRE LAMONTAGNE ; PATRICIA LAMONTAGNE ; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of November, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 107, The Lakes Unit I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, Pages 64 and 65, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4568 Great Lakes Drive South, Pinellas Park, FL 33762
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
