NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-006716-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Trustee for the POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT Dated as of February 1, 2005 Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2005 WHQ1, is Plaintiff and Krista Baker a/k/a Krista L. Baker a/k/a Krista Lee Baker; State of Florida; Clerk of Court for the 6th Judicial Circuit; Unknown Tenant #1, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 2, of TYRONE GARDENS SECTION ONE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 70, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Street Address: 5914 13th Avenue N, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33710
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
