NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-005671-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006 HE1 TRUST, is Plaintiff and Jennifer Clark; Unknown Spouse of Jennifer Clark; Donathan Clark a/k/a Donathon Clark; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., f/k/a Capital One Bank; Clerk of the Circuit Court for the 6th Judicial Circuit, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block C, Oak Ridge No. 4, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Street Address: 4737 6th Ave N, St Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
