NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-413 CI 13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-4, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff and Kathleen T. Donovan; Unknown Spouse of Kathleen T. Donovan; Coquina Key Townhomes Association, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, Coquina Key Townhomes, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 47, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Street Address: 122 Coquina Bay Dr., Saint Petersburg, FL 33705
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
