NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-009414-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2004-AHL, is Plaintiff and Justin Foster, Brandy Baughman, Unknown #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block “X”, Bay Terrace and Bay Terrace Addition, according
to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 22, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Street Address: 1181 Union Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
