NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-4336CI 13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006 D, MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 D, is Plaintiff and Chandra R. Perkins; Unknown Spouse of Chandra R. Perkins; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan; City of St. Petersburg Florida.; Coquina Key Property Owners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1; and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 40, COQUINA KEY SECTION TWO, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, Pages 40 41 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
