NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012CA013074 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 BC4, is Plaintiff and Robert R. Perusse, Jr.; Christina L. Perusse; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 87, Sunset Lake Manor, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 4 and 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 1773 Greenlea Drive, Clearwater, FL 33755
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
