NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-001289-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORGAN LOAN TRUST 2006-15XS, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15XS, is Plaintiff and David R. Sanders; Casa Prima Apartments Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for American Home Mortgage, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 305, of Casa Prima Apartments, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 26, pages 6 and 7, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4597, page 1045 et seq. together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together an undivided interest or share in the common elements thereto. All as recorded in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 1859 Shore Drive South #305, South Pasadena, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
