NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered September 9, 2014, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Lot 37, Block 53, as shown on Condominium plat of Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf Unit No. Two, a condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 1 through 8, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, filed May 5, 1969, in Official Records Book 3071, Page 647 through 722, inclusive, as amended in Official Records Book 4275, Page 1907 and in Official Records Book 4632, Page 1007, and in Official Records Book 4954, Plage 2021, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of October, 2014.
