NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2014, and entered in 09-003192-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC3 is the Plaintiff and ROSIE PETERMAN-THOMPSON; THOMPSON, REGINALD JAMES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A JONES, VERONICA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET THEREOF FOR STREET, BLOCK 14, BAYOU HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
