NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2014, and entered in 13-009174-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and REBECCA A. ZELMAN A/K/A REBECCA ZELMAN A/K/A REBECCA ANN ZELMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REBECCA A. ZELMAN A/K/A REBECCA ZELMAN A/K/A REBECCA ANN ZELMAN; WINDING CREEK, PHASE VI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR E-LOAN, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 208, BUILDING 18A, PHASE III, WINDING CREEK PHASE VI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 40 THROUGH 43, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5662, PAGE 204 ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
