NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, and entered in 12-10544-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LPP MORTGAGE LTD. is the Plaintiff and JAMES LYNCH; KAY L. LYNCH A/K/A KAT LYNCH; LISA RENEE CARTER; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC F/K/A FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES LYNCH are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, SUMMIT LAWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
