NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-007840-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2, is the Plaintiff, and, BRIAN L MADDEROM; LINDA IRIZARRY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 13, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, WASHINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3132 66TH AVENUE NORTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33701
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
