NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-001449, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC2, is the Plaintiff, and, MARIA GORETTI LIBBY; MAXIMO MOORINGS VILLAS, INC.; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS TO THE ESTATE OF JEROME B. LIBBY ; SABRINA ISHERWOOD; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 13, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 316C, OF MAXIMO MOORINGS VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 88 - 92, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4405, PAGE 1141 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
