NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009805, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff, and, RICHARD L. FULK; SHIRLEY D. FULK F/K/A SHIRLEY D. HINNANT; AMERICA'S MONEYLINE, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 13, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 22, FOURTH ADDITION TO HIGHLAND PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
