Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-000078 CI 19, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2005-KS10, is the Plaintiff, and, DEAN E. SCHMELZ A/K/A DEAN ERROL SCHMELZ; JULIE E. SCHMELZ A/K/AJULIE ELLEN SCHMELZ FKA JULIE ELLEN SALERNO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDRA FOLEY N/K/A AUDRA KRAUSE; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITICORP TRUST BANK, FSB; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 13, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
