NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 9, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2013-CA-000740, of the Circuit Court of the [Circuit] in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL R. BENNETT; DEANNA J. BENNETT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

SUBJECT TO AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT ACROSS THE NORTHERLY 30 FEET THEREOF.
