NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001726-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Comerica Bank is the Plaintiff and Jeff D. Woods a/k/a Jeff Woods; Dierdre A. Woods a/k/a Dierdre Woods a/k/a Deirdre Woods; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the April 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, COL-LEE-CO GARDENS, (A SUBDIVISION OF LOT NO. 120, NAPLES GROVES AND TRUCK CO. LITTLE FARMS, NO. 2) ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
