NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24,2015 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-0026770001 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff and Edward Passamondi, Barbara Passamondi, Village Greens of Lely Homeowners Association, Inc., Lely Country Club Property Owners Association are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 20 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
