NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 0906783CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and John Goddard, Denise Goddard, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL OF TRACT 135, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO 43, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
