NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 20 day of April, 2015, at 11:00 AM Collier County Courthouse, in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 1608 SITUATED IN TOWER NO. 1 OF SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 889, PAGE 1634, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
