NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20 day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1402391CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and JEREMY B. STONE PIPER'S POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ELIZABETH P. STONE A/K/A ELIZABETH P. NOYESare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 20 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
