NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 05, 2014, and entered in 2012-CA-003485 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK , NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL HAGON A/K/A MICHAEL HAGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL HAGON A/K/A MICHAEL HAGAN; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on 20 of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 115, OF ISLAND WALK, PHASE ONE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 100 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
