NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-001359 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and Shirley M. Grissom also known as Shirley Grissom, an incapacitated person, by and through Dean Edmonds, as Guardian, Camelot Club of Naples, Inc., First Professionals Insurance Company, Inc., United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
APARTMENT NUMBER 305 OF CAMELOT CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 386, PAGE 863 TO 907, INCLUSIVE, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
