NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014CA006353AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Angela Layden; Unknown Spouse of Angela Layden; Wilmington Trust, National Association, as successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for SACO I Trust 2006-2, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2 ; Palm Cove Villas Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 33, PHASE III, PALM COVE VILLAS, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1089, PAGES 384 THROUGH 475, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGES 159 THROUGH 164, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
