NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, R. B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida will sell by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of May, 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 6, Block B, Floridana Mobile Homesite Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 7, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
