YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, to enforce a lien regarding the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 143D, THE LAKES, III, as per the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1119, Page 520, and all amendments thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 18, Pages 177 through 179, and all amendments thereto, including amendment recorded in Condominium Book 20, Page 42, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with Carport No. 26.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Randolph L. Smith, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is NAJMY THOMPSON, P.L., 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34209, [email protected], within thirty (30) days from the first day of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Manatee County Courthouse, Bradenton, Florida, either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
