The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee, Florida; Case No. 2014-CA-006544; and is styled THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 vs. MICHAEL J. ARNOLD, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. ARNOLD, PALMETTO POINT ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Giuseppe S. Cataudella, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900, Orlando, FL 32801-3454, 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
