NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA004322AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Chase Home Finance, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jason Martin A/K/A Jason Martin Prince, Stacey Lynn Prince, Suntrust Bank, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
