Woltz, Nancy J. Woltz, as Trustee of the Woltz Revocable Trust under trust agreement dated 09/04/2007, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Woltz Revocable Trust under trust agreement dated 09/04/2007, Thomas G. Woltz, Thomas G. Woltz, as Trustee of the Woltz Revocable Trust under trust agreement dated 09/04/2007, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
