NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 11, 2015 and entered in Case NO. 41-2013-CA-003591 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and AUDREY MACEACHERN A/K/A AUDREY J. MACEACHERN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; IRONWOOD FOURTEENTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PINEBROOK/IRONWOOD RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 5/1/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 403-N, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, SAME BEING CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 403-N OF IRONWOOD FOURTEENTH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF RECORDED DECEMBER 16, 1983, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1066, PAGES 1508 THROUGH 1629, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
