Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 9, 2015, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Lot 11, CROSSING CREEK VILLAGE PHASE I, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page(s) 40 through 54, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, conducted electronically online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on April 21, 2015.
