NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an order rescheduling the foreclosure sale dated March 25th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005759, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. REO Asset Acquisition, LLC, Plaintiff and FRANCIS A. MIKULIS, JR.; ET AL, are defendants. R. B. Chips Shore, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this May 7th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, dated July 6th, 2010:
